What we fund
At present Wolsey is not financing new development. However, our basic criteria for schemes is outlined below and if you would like to contact us with your details we will keep you informed of our policy on funding as it changes to reflect market conditions.
As a guide, we consider:
- sites in England, Scotland and Wales
- proposals with a gross development value (GDV) of £1.25 million and above
- multi-unit developments of houses or apartments
- new build and conversions
- schemes that have up to 25% commercial value
- projects secured under optional or conditional contract
